My JAC gold points haven't been applied.
JAC gold points aren't applied automatically, so you may need to wait before your points are applied.
Points earned for placing orders are applied after four days, after your order has been sent out. Points earned for leaving reviews are applied once your review has been checked and approved by one of the JAC team to make sure that the review is relevant and not 'spammy'.
When leaving a review or completing any of the other activities, make sure that you're logged into your JAC account, otherwise the system won't know where to apply your points!
I can't redeem my points for the reward I want.
If the reward you'd like appears 'faded' or greyed out when you're on the Redeem page, then this means that you don't have enough points available to claim the reward. The reward box will tell you how many points you need to redeem to claim it, so you'll be able to see how many more points you need to save up.
I've lost the code before I used it.
Firstly, check your email. A copy of the code is emailed to you when you claim an offer, but be sure to check your Junk/Spam just in case the email has ended up in there.
If you can't find the email, please get in touch with our customer services team, and we can recover the code for you.
My code won't work.
If you get a 'code not valid' error message when you try to use your code at the checkout, please check the following:
- That you're entering the code in the Discount Code box at the checkout, not the Gift Card one.
- That you haven't already entered a discount code. Only one offer/discount code can be used per order.
- That you've entered the code correctly. It's best to Copy & Paste the code from the redemption page or your email to ensure accuracy.
- That if you're redeeming a code for a discount on a specific item, or to get a specific item for free, you have that item in your basket already.
